The Health Center at 745 and Whippany is now powered by Mount Sinai

 

Barclays employees have access to:

  • Virtual and In-Person Care with providers in office or accessible from the comfort of your home
  • Personal Health Navigators available by chat or phone for scheduling, billing, and referrals
  • Labs Performed Onsite with results delivered electronically to your health record
  • Patient Portal to message providers, access health records, and more. Mobile App Coming Soon
  • Online Scheduling through portal with chat support
  • Prescription Delivery to home or office

 

Get Started

Before you can schedule your first in-person or virtual care visit, you need to activate your care profile by registering in the Mount Sinai Health Center portal. (Please use a device with a camera and have your state ID available to verify your identity)

Once Registered, What’s Next?

If you skipped the final step of verifying your identity during registration, you will need to complete this step prior to your first care visit. There are three options for verifying your identity:

  • Login to the portal and select ‘My tasks’. You will need a device with a camera and your state ID
  • Call a Personal Health Navigator at 646.605.3900 and answer a series of questions
  • If in-person, you can present your state ID when you check in for your visit

 

Access Your Care Account

  • Upload your insurance information in the portal
    Save time before your first appointment
  • Meet the providers
    Available virtually through video visit or in-person
  • Schedule an appointment or chat with our Personal Health Navigators in the portal to address any questions on billing, insurance, medical records, prescriptions, and more
  • Reserve a lactation room
    For breastfeeding moms, access the scheduling system from your care account

 

Your Health Records

To support a smooth transition of care, we will match your existing health records for one comprehensive health record view:

  • If you have received care or currently receive care from any Mount Sinai location, we will automatically connect those records into your Health Center care account. 
  • Your health records from the previous Barclays Health Center provider, Premise Health, will automatically be transferred shortly after you register your Mount Sinai account if your demographic information matches in both systems. If there are any issues connecting your account, our team of health navigators can assist in linking your medical records.
